The Challenge
As part of its digital transformation strategy, BBVA needed a technology partner to integrate multiple banking services through APIs within a tight timeframe. The goal was to connect these services to a virtual wallet launched jointly with other leading financial institutions in Argentina while ensuring speed, scalability, and secure integration.
The Solution
We assembled a Digital Product Agile Team consisting of a Scrum Master, architect, Java developers, DevOps engineers, and QA Automation specialists to design and develop the interfaces and APIs required to integrate services such as authentication, accounts, and transfers.
The project also automated development, testing, and deployment processes, becoming BBVA's first fully integrated DevOps initiative and establishing a foundation for faster, more reliable software delivery.
